Technology Voucher Programme (TVP)
Background
TVP aims to subsidise Hong Kong companies in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes.
Funding Amount
- HK$600,000 per company
- 1:3 matching fund
- 25% initial payment upon approval
Documents Required
1. BR - paid and most updated
2. NAR1 (for limited company) / Form 1a (for unlimited company) - paid and most updated
3. HKID - all shareholders with > 30% shareholding and application writer from company
4. Invoice/Receipt within 2 months with BR name - provide 5

SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF)
Background
The SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) aims to encourage small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand their markets outside Hong Kong by providing financial assistance to SMEs for participation in export promotion activities.

- HK$800,000 per company
- 1:1 matching fund

Funding Scope Examples
- Setting up or enhancement of corprorate website or mobile application
- Trade exhibitions outside of Hong Kong
- Delegation tours outside of Hong Kong
- Local trade fairs/exhibitions which mainly target at markets outside Hong Kong
- Export promotion activities (such as placing advertisements, keyword search, listing product information, setting up or enhancing online shop, participating in virtual exhibitions, etc.)

Retail Technology Adoption Assistance Scheme (ReTAAS)
Background
ReTAAS aims to provide funding support for retail enterprises to adopt technologies for manpower demand management purposes and help to enhance productivity.

Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales Fund (BUD)
Background
BUD aims to help Hong Kong
non-listed companies capture the opportunities arising from the National 12th Five-Year Plan, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government set up a “Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestics Sales” (the BUD Fund) of $1 billion in June 2012, which has also been extended to ASEAN and Mainland China markets.
