SCANDALE

Branch8 worked with Scandale to re-launch its branding and establish its e-commerce platform.

The Main Goal

 
 
 

Scandale wish to set up a brand new e-commerce site from scratch,  building a highly customized site from back-end to front-end within a short market launching period.  Also, Scandale wants to expand, integrate its different sales channel and marketplace platform.

Scandale strongly needed a team that is able to provide agile project management and technical support under changing needs.

Problem we are solving

Scandale had previously encountered difficulties in expanding to other sales channels under a short market-launch period. Due to the unique nature of its different channels and platforms, the integration process tends to be lengthy and limited their scalability. 

Scandale also needed an experienced e-commerce enabler to assist in building the website from back-end to front-end, from web infrastructure to UX/UI design, launch, and maintenance. 

The front-end layouts and setups required by the design team is also a complicated task for Scandale internal technical team.

Branch8 helped Scandale to integrate most of their system and platforms. Systems like ERP, multiple sales channel, logistic system or even disparate sources are now linked up. Scandale is now in the practice of single source of truth and able to analysis aggregate data.
