The Main Goal
Scandale wish to set up a brand new e-commerce site from scratch, building a highly customized site from back-end to front-end within a short market launching period. Also, Scandale wants to expand, integrate its different sales channel and marketplace platform.
Scandale strongly needed a team that is able to provide agile project management and technical support under changing needs.

Scandale had previously encountered difficulties in expanding to other sales channels under a short market-launch period. Due to the unique nature of its different channels and platforms, the integration process tends to be lengthy and limited their scalability.
Scandale also needed an experienced e-commerce enabler to assist in building the website from back-end to front-end, from web infrastructure to UX/UI design, launch, and maintenance.
